MugMinds is a series of paintings that explores the transformation of thought in contemporary society, where ideas are increasingly consumed rather than critically developed.

 

In this visual universe, the human head is reimagined as a container — a mug — symbolising the passive absorption of pre-packaged opinions, ideologies, and narratives shaped by the media, social platforms, and mass culture.

 

Through a satirical language and surreal imagery, the series reflects on the loss of critical thinking and the homogenisation of opinion, where identities and beliefs are often constructed externally and internalised without reflection.
