The Green Balloon’s Journey
The Green Balloon’s Journey is a pictorial series unfolding in six chapters, exploring the fractures of contemporary existence: power, consumerist identity, technological alienation, appearance, loss of authenticity, and social polarization.
Each artwork presents a symbolic landscape in which human beings appear emptied, reduced to roles, images, or containers. Chessboards, shop windows, screens, suspended clothes, and deserts become metaphors for a world where being is replaced by appearing.
Across these stages, a fragile yet vital presence reappears: the green balloon. A symbol of hope, inner freedom, and authenticity, it moves through the series as an act of resistance and possibility.
In the final chapter, its meaning evolves - from opposition to transcendence - becoming what remains beyond the fragments of existence.
